Seamus Molloy

Regarded by his peers and clients as a diligent, thoughtful, and tough – yet reasonable – lawyer, Seamus’s practice centers on advocating for people who need help. He dedicates himself to working closely with clients to determine how best to achieve their goals and resolve their disputes – in state or federal courtrooms.

Seamus has represented individuals and companies in personal injury, professional malpractice, construction defects, and complex commercial litigation. He has experience resolving business disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and constitutional rights claims.

Seamus was raised and educated in Montana, earning his undergraduate degree from Carroll College and his law degree – with honors – from the University of Montana School of Law. He began his law career with a one-year clerkship with Chief Justice Mike McGrath of the Montana Supreme Court and a two-year clerkship with the Hon. Ronald B. Leighton of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington in Tacoma. He then practiced at a large commercial litigation firm in Portland, Oregon, for two years before returning to Montana, where he has since worked at two esteemed Missoula law offices. Seamus spends his free time with family and friends, cheering on the Carroll Saints, Montana Grizzlies, and other local sports teams.
