Carly Lee was born and raised in Montana and is proud to serve the community she
calls home. Growing up here gave her a strong appreciation for the people, work ethic, and values that
make Montana unique.
Before entering the legal field, Carly worked in warehouse operations, accounts payable, and regulatory
tax compliance for a large distribution company. Her experience spanned logistics coordination,
financial processing, and detailed cigarette and tobacco tax reporting. She regularly managed high-volume
data, reconciled financial records, ensured regulatory compliance, and worked extensively in Excel to
maintain accuracy and organization across departments. Her roles required precision, efficiency, and the
ability to navigate complex systems with confidence.
Carly brings that same precision, reliability, and problem-solving mindset to her work in the legal field.
She enjoys being part of a team, supporting attorneys behind the scenes, and helping ensure every detail is
handled carefully and efficiently.
Outside of work, Carly embraces both creativity and quiet focus, enjoying crochet projects, good books,
local coffee shops, and time spent adventuring around Montana with her husband Jess and their dog Twinkie.
